Do you want to know how do you grill hamburgers on a charcoal grill?

It's time to cook your meat after you've chosen the best spices to season it with (and after you've chosen the best meat, of course), and one option is to grill it over charcoal.

Now that I've made my argument, I'll go on to explain how charcoal cooking works.

1. Get the grill ready.

Allow a small area for the hamburger meat to cook over the charcoal, which can be any sort of charcoal, preferable instant light.

Use a match or a candle to fire the charcoal. If you need help igniting it, pour some flammable liquid evenly on the charcoal.

Grill the hamburger for 4 to 5 minutes on the hottest portion of the grill, looking to see whether it's crisp and brown on the outside.

Pressure on the meat in this section is not recommended since it could burn and become overly firm.

2.  Grill the hamburger meat

Now cook the hamburger meat on a grill. Do not worry if you see flames coming out of your grill; this is typical because of the fat and other substances that come out of the meat. Simply move the meat around on the grill to get it back to its original position.

Never use forks or ladles to turn hamburger meat; instead, use a spatula to more easily move the meat without harming it.

The hamburgers are almost done cooking, so you can top them with your favorite cheese and grill them for a few more minutes to melt it.

The buns can be placed on the grill to heat up and be ready for plating at the same time, but they should not be left on the grill for an extended period of time because they may burn and damage the meat.

The meat can be removed from the grill once the cheese has melted and assembled with lettuce, tomatoes, or other components of your choosing.
