This message means that we were able to determine who you are, but that there is not yet an account for you in the MyBelmont system. Why this may be would depend on what your role is here at Belmont university.

Student accounts are automatically created when the enrollment deposit has been processed. If you have paid your enrollment deposit and are still unable to create your account, please contact Belmont university Central (615-460-5402) to confirm that the payment has been processed. During registration, there may be a short period of time before your account is created.

Faculty and staff accounts are created after all paperwork has be processed in Human Resources and your email account has been assigned. If you have not received an email with your Belmont email address, your account most likely has not been created yet.
