To access UF Apps using any device;

If you're done working on a file in UFApps and want to copy it to your PC or Mac, follow these steps.

1. Start UF Apps and open the file.
2. From the app's menu, choose "File" and then "Save As."

The UF Apps M drive is a place where you can temporarily store files you use with UFApps. Each person who uses UF Apps automatically has 10 GB of space on the M drive.

What's the point of using the M Drive?

Because it works best when you are working with files in UF Apps.

Let's say you're using Excel in UF Apps and you want to open a big spreadsheet. If the file is on your local device, it has to go through the cloud to get to the UF Apps servers, which can take a long time.

The M: Drive, on the other hand, is part of UF Apps. So, the files you store there will load much more quickly, saving you time.

   #7.1 M:Drive quota

Each user can store up to 10 GB on their M: Drive. When your quota is full, you won't be able to add or change files in your M: Drive anymore. It could also make some programs fail when you try to run them.

UF does everything it can to let you know before your M: Drive runs out of space. If your M: Drive has less than 10% free space, you will see a warning when you open an app in UF Apps.

1. Start up the M: Drive app.
2. Choose "StudentFileStorage (M:)" in the left column.
3. Find any files that aren't needed and can be deleted.
4. Move finished projects and files to the UF OneDrive for Business using Kumo.
